2023–2025
Head of Production at Palindrome
Helped the company reach a new level of organizational maturity and cope with its growth.
Adapted classic Scrum for a content agency: introduced sprints, prioritization, planning, and task estimation for a team of 100+ people.
Introduced Flux model training to generate illustrations in the signature styles of Palindrome artists. Reduced design production costs and freed up the team’s time for creative work.

Head of Design & CPO at SuperJob
Rebuilt the product design team and created the communication design team from scratch. Developed the company and sub-brand identities.
Created templates for producing marketing landing pages.
Introduced a new business model and rebuilt the product around it. Reworked analytics and the metrics tree, and introduced regular planning. Launched a real estate marketplace and helped bring the course marketplace into the main service.

2021
Head of Design Automation at Sber
Organized and automated the design system for Sber and more than two hundred sub-brands. Built templates and tools for making banners.
Introduced sprints and task estimation, set up Jira, and taught the team to use it.
Helped make SberDesignConf happen. Developed a wayfinding concept for the new towers.

Lead Designer at Art. Lebedev Studio
Made more than thirty projects: identities, interfaces, and wayfinding. Clients included the Moscow Metro, the Tretyakov Gallery, VDNH, Gorky Park, Yelets, and Tutu.ru.
Drew a Telegram sticker pack that has been used more than four million times. Later turned it into merchandise.
Built a design automation system from scratch, with tools for wayfinding, websites, and graphics. Some projects are under NDA.
