Built an automated branding system for Sber ecosystem sub-brands.
Based on a brand’s archetype and positioning, the system automatically selects colors, typography, gradients, assembles branded templates, and generates brand guidelines.
This made it possible for a relatively small team to maintain a consistent visual system across an ecosystem of 200+ sub-brands.

Rebuilt SuperJob’s workflows around product-oriented Scrum.
Together with the team, transformed the service’s business model from paid job postings to pay-per-response hiring — before anyone else in the market.
The product’s financial success became directly tied to how useful and effective it was for its users. Rebuilt the metrics system, analytics, and unit economics around the new business model.
